As part of a team of multi-disciplinary collaborators, I promote the way talent perceives Doctolib as a tech employer by:

• Partnering with the Tech Talent Acquisition, Tech and Product teams and continuously improving the candidate experience
  
• Owning the inbound stream of candidates for Tech & Product
  
• Showcasing our expertise as a tech company
  
• Developing engaging content (medium blog, corporate website, social media...) for a discerning audience
  
• Organizing our presence at events and develops our own event series
  
• Identifying actionable, data-informed insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion
  
• Coordinating a network of internal ambassadors and stakeholders
  
• Auditing and updating our employer brand touchpoints and properties (website, jobboard pages, review sites…)
