Service Manager#

Responsible for the students' educational success and satisfaction throughout their course at Wall Street English and tasked with:

Hiring, training, and developing the service team

Managing quality and standardization through the implementation of standard operating procedures

Supervising and supporting staff via observation, evaluations, training and retraining sessions

Managed OPCA, DIF/CPF and company reports regarding employee training progress

Partnering with center director to create a strong partnership between sales and service teams

Tracking, analyzing and report center service performance and providing solutions for improvement

Promote the Wall Street method encouraging staff and students to trust and use it effectively

Evaluate and guide students to reach their learning objectives.

English Teacher#

Teaching adults ranging from 18-90 years old and levels beginner to bilingual.

Implemented Wall Street English method with a 97% success rate.

Experienced with TOEIC preparation and qualified test administrator.
